    Four Hills Rd Se Albuquerque, NM, 87123, USA - Albuquerque
    Abandoned homeless camp. Located on the west side of Four Hills Rd., SE, Between Wenonah, SE and Central, SE. Visible from the bike path. From Central and Four Hills Rd, go south on Four Hills Rd about 1/2 way between Central and Wenonah. The camp is on the west side of the bike path, between the bike path and the arroyo fence directly east (behind) of the back of Smith's. I have reported this every month since May 28 and it is still not cleaned up. Thank you for any assitance you can give.

    There are at least two piles of trash like the picture attached with lots of plastic bottles. From the southeast corner of Tramway & Central, SE, go east on the bike path, The trash is about 15 feet north of Smith's fence in the bushes, but is very visable from the bike path.

    This APS bus # 20 has been parked in front of 12813 Dunes Rd., SE almost every day. The bus laps over the drive way. It is dangerous as the residents can not see around the bus when exiting the parking lot of both apartment buildings. It also is a hazard to on-coming traffic.

    Irrigation system that waters trees on the west side of Four Hills Rd south of Rachel near the light pole at the bottom of the hill. There is a solar station at the location also. Someone vandalized and got into the box. Unsure of damage to unit.

    These gas pumps have the fronts hanging off. As far as I know, the tanks have not been removed. It is a mess and possible hazard. It is part of the property that houses the Smoke Shop at 13400 Wenonah, SE

    The rocks were recently added to the existing bike path at, what I am sure was a huge cost. It was a beautiful addition to the bike path. The weeds are overtaking the entire area from Central, south on Four Hills Rd and on into Four Hills. The weeds on both sides of Four Hills Rd. are getting very high and some are encroaching onto the bike path. If you are spending this kind of money, maintain it! Also, the trees that are on the City drip system are dying or dead.

    Smoke shop advertises pipes, hookahs, etc - weeds everywhere, gas pumps with the fronts hanging off, partially painted building. The entire property looks in bad shape and is an eye-sore to the neighborhood.

    There are two cuts in the fence at the NE corner of Smith's lot. It appears that the homeless cut the fence to gain access to Smith's back lot and the arroyo that is on the east of Smith's lot. In the past, homeless have set up tents along the arroyo so there is trash left behind also. These were reported before on 6/8/19 # 190608-000001. Thank you.

    The bike path/sidewalk on Four Hills Rd., SE from Rachel and Four Hills Rd., SE - south along both sides of Four Hills Rd. have become overgrown with weeds, some being 3 feet high. Some weeds are encroaching into the paths.
