    In the northbound lane of ECR, a pipe cover has broken off this week. It could be a driving hazard or cause additional breakage. Diameter maybe 8" but I didn't go into the street to confirm. I used the phone's zoom feature.

    The concrete patch the city put in further broke with the recent water main replacement. It's rapidly breaking apart. And at 516 , Cratus did fill in the sidewalk where they laid new pipe. However, there are large gaps where their pour stopped and the asphalt on the sides. Both items present tripping hazards for people. Is it possible the city could fill the gaps with asphalt?
