    8215 MacArthur Blvd. There is a homeless man on 83rd Avenue near the corner of MacArthur Blvd. This situation has been reported multiple times. Attempts have been made to get him assistance. As is evident in the attached picture his junk just gets more extensive. I almost fell today walking on the sidewalk around his stuff. He curses at people and is threatening. This not acceptable. Please help.

    Empty lot. The building on the lot recently demolished. Now the lot is full of weeds and attracting dumping of trash near it. This property must be owned by someone who authorized demolition. Please have the owner clear the lot as soon as possible.

    Empty lot. Ongoing problem with overgrown weeds and debris requring multiple requests to the city to have the problem corrected. Now debris has been added to the tall weeds. Not only is this lot an eyesore but it is also a fire hazard. Please have the owner clear the lot as soon as possible.

    Empty lot that continuously is full of weeds.The city has been notified about this lot multiple times for years. There has been no action by the city on this lot for about a year. Not only is it an eyesore but it is also a fire danger and people are throwing trash into the lot. Please have this unsightly and dangerous situation corrected.
