    It appears to have been filled after fire hyderient repairs in the road. It was not filled to a smooth finish and cars keep bottoming out because the center is deep. If two cars are passing you can't avoid it. It comes out to the center of the road.

    This tree is dying and we w and old like for it to be removed. It has been like this for several years and everytime there is a storm with high winds it looses branches. It is covered in green disease and doesn't really have any leaves. It is also making the sidewalk lift up. This has made it a safety hazard when people are walking with their families.
