This house has not been occupied for almost two years. There are open windows in the front of the house (due to rot) and a broken out garage window. This one picture is an example of the trash in the backyard. There was water running out under the garage door in the fall and later the water was turned off at the street. Plants are growing into windows in the back. I will submit additional pictures to an email address. At this time I believe that this house violates a number of ordinances including but not limited to 301.3, 302.1 and 302.4. The house has been abandoned, is not fit for human occupation, is a fire hazard, and has a lot of trash on the back patio and the back yard. It is likely occupied by animals, including rodents, which causes a danger to neighboring homes. I am currently having to fight a mice problem and I believe the mice are coming from this home. The fire hazard caused by rot, overgrowth, and trash puts neighboring homes at risk and devalues our property. Please let me know where to send additional photos and how to address this situation.
