    Martingale street parking in Lyons Gate has increasingly become a safety issue. Vehicles parked on both sides of the street create the minimal safe flow of traffic. Entering Martingale 80% of the time from Dublin is a hazard. Commercial take home vehicles and vehicles parked up to the crosswalk ramp restrict a clear view of oncoming traffic. This has been an ongoing issue for years.
    Emergency vehicles, refuse trucks can barely navigate this road at times. Two way traffic is almost impossible.
    Something needs to be done.

    Inside NB lanes on Higley from Park Ave to Guadalupe are in need of repair This is an ongoing problem area caused by the water overflowing from the median onto the inside lane in the tire path..Besides having a water issue the road is in poor shape.
    This is causing the taxpayers of Gilbert a lot of money for constant undue maintenance
    I was told by road maintenance this median is the responsibility of the community on the west side.
    They should be charged for these repairs..

    NB middle lane: Higley Rd just south of US 60 and south of some some major repairs there is a pot hole about 4 feet long, six inches wide and 3-4 inches deep.

    You missed one! EB inside lane access cover (aka manhole cover) is well below the street level, this cover is in the tire path. All the other 8-10 covers were fixed.except this one.

    From Elliot to Park the inside NB lane is riddled with potholes. Some a fort in dis and 2-3" deep. Please save our tires and front end alignments!!!! This is all caused by the wasted median water puddling up in the tire paths and breaking down the asphalt
    I thought we had a water problem in the valley..this is an absolute waste of water reclaimed or not!!!...

    This is looking NB at oncoming SB lane traffic. The trees need to be trimmed up to see oncoming traffic. You cannot safely see SB traffic until it it almost upon you creating a non safe entrance on Recker Rd. These trees may belong to the community on the east side of the road or may be Gilbert responsibility If other than Gilbert responsibility please contact responsible party for trimming up to 7-8' from the ground for safety of all entering Recker Rd at this location.

    Last night I observed a median water watering system shooting up 25' in the air. It is the system that is watering the grass in the median.
    Why is Gilbert watering grass in the median when we are told there is a water problem? This grass should be removed and replaced with rocks that require low water use!!!! I would have taken a picture but it was 9pm and my windshield was soaked with the landscaping water.
    Location I chose is approx area.shouldn't be to hard to find if you turn the system on manually...

    Manhole has been well below the street level for a year now more asphalt has been added to the street and the manhole cover is 1-1/2 inches below the surface. There are several more manhole covers that need to be raised/addressed on this street too.

    NB lanes that lead to the San Tan 202 on-ramp at Power Rd need to be repainted The "Only" turn markings are extremely faded. There is two right turn lanes an people in the inside turn tend to continue and there is no through lane continuing NB. I'd this is not Gilbert responsibility please contact ADOT. ADOT informed me it is Gilbert's AOR.

    Higley Road NB lanes are strewn with pot holes, cracks from Warner to Guadalupe. The middle lane has a crack virtually the entire way. Road maintenance has been out and addressed some of the holes and left others untouched. The untouched holes are adjacent to the holes they patched. It appears they fill ONLY the holes they want to.
    I've been reporting this issue for over a year and little has been done.
    I needed and permitted I would be happy to do a ride along to point out the obvious that is being overlooked.

    EB San Tan on-ramp at Gilbert road, at the very beginning of the on-ramp. I've contacted ADOT and they don't respond They said maybe the City of Gilbert. If you determine it's not yours then maybe you can forward to them because they sure wonky listen to me.

    Rusty pole with sharper edges sticking up next to the play area for small children at the west end of Freestone park. Any small child could fall on this pole and be seriously injured .
