    745 37th Ave Oakland, CA, 94601, USA - South Kennedy Tract
    Homeless camp + extraordinary amount of dumping, garbage, human waste, drugs being sold, prostitution, sideshow hide out, stolen car ring + stripping stolen cars in broad daylight, and stealing from home depot and taking things down 37th and E8th.
    Now they are stealing from the EBMUD construction team for "Fruitvale Alive" - Council man Gallo's project. Last night they tried to steal the 2x4"s that the construction team has to set sidewalk forms.

    The well know encampment on ALAMEDA AVE at home depot is super dangerous. There are no street lights, they are stealing power from the poles near high street. cars, trucks, vans, and buses being stripped on the estuary side, which is the BAY TRAIL. Garbage is overflowing, human waste is being dumped, and fires in cans, and its all a public health issue. San Leandro has "No overnight RV/Camper parking" signs with a penal code. Maybe that would help?

    Homeless starting to create an encampment under the 880 on CALTRANS property between 35th ave alley and 36th ave / E8th.
    It is the same Caltrans lot that the 10+ wrought Iron fence panels were stolen from and it made the news. Across from Bay Restorers business.
    Please address this before it becomes an encampment and we have no choice and cannot move them.

    There is a homeless encampment on 37th ave and E8th. The street is filled with garbage, people are dealing drugs, stripping cars, using it as a base to hide, and prostitution. The people their drive at excessive speeds down E8th it is terrifying.
    Been here since 2006. Please help

    burgundy Hyundai 4 door with white spray paint all over the car and windows- - has been abandoned for over a week on our street- EBMUD is redoing the sewers from Fruitvale to 37th ave on E8th, and there is no parking for our neighbors on E8th, so they need to park on our street (36th Ave).
    There is now a white small work truck with a rack behind it also abandoned, I think a toyota, will report separately.
    The cars are coming from the encampment on 37th ave & E8th

    motorcycle abandoned in front of our driveway, gas cap missing broken glass on the odometer. sawzall blade sitting on top of the seat we threw away, since they were probably using it to cut catalytic converters.

    RVs cars trailers moved on to East 8th from Alameda Ave encampment that was cleaned out by the city OPD etc today. we do not want the encampments moving on to our street I've emailed DOT the news chief of police and Noel Gallo. since I took a video and not pictures here's a video

    RVs and cars parked on the corner of fruitvale and East 8th- moved from encampment. this is within 50 ft of homes, against the new resolution adopted by Oakland. cleaning up Alameda ave does not mean trashing s kennedy tract or jingletown.

    white truck parked across driveway on East 8th. blocking entrance to parking lot for the recycling plant. never also told us they saw the over the vehicle dumping items across the street on the freeway side.. it makes me very nervous as this is a clear view of our entire street. we feel like he's scoping out our house and the neighbor's houses.

    abandoned camper parked on curb on east 8th at 36th ave, app will not select the correct address. parked in front of parking lot, has not moved for 4 days, have not seen people. can see it from my porch. if left it will signal that it's ok for others to abandon their vehicles there or move in. we have enough "traffic" from the home depot encampment. please address this asap.

    yet another abandoned vehicle on East 8th in traffic lanes heading towards Fruitvale. this prize winning RV has been here in traffic lanes since noon on Friday March 6th 2020. I'm sure no one's going to ticket that one either or tow it. because of course let's just ticket the people to live in this neighborhood.
    The residents of this neighborhood are not going to let this street East 8th or any of the cross streets become another encampment like you allow at home Depot. this is in traffic lanes blocking a two-way street with only one land on each side.

    this white box truck / van has been parked here for many weeks on end and dumps stuff out onto the street. The sidewalk is blocked and it is dangerous for the children and the neighborhood to walk to and from Bart to get to school. with all the ticketing and towing that happens in this area why are these vehicles not being towed? this is discrimination against the neighborhood to ticket and tow residents' vehicles, but not ticket or tow people leaving their cars on the street that don't even live here or pay taxes. this is a public safety issue, a fire hazard, and illegal dumping.
