Garrison

A while back there was a wreck here on Westover and the guy wire was cut in half. Danville utilities came out but said the pole wasn’t theirs. No one else wants to claim it. It has a transformer, electric wires, and a streetlight attached. All I want is for someone to come out and either connect the wire or cut if off. If it is not Danville Utilities pole can you tell me who to contact to get this done?
