There is significant sediment build up and whenever it rains the water doesn't drain at all. When there was street cleaning on Quayside earlier in the year, this part of the street was not cleaned because people didn't move their cars despite no parking signs, so the problem remains and is getting worse.

The problem area is on the south side of Quayside, next to Rialto court; it is the area where there is space for approximately four cars.
