Street Light Out Complaint Archived5621 N Bernard St Chicago, IL, 60659, USA - North ParkIt is pitch black on Bernard Street from Bryn Mawr to well past Hollywood. I was walking home from Northeastern Illinois University, where I am a professor, tonight around 9:15pm and I was terrified by how dark it was. I noticed that NONE of the streetlights were on. The only light came from the few porch lights from some of the residences.
