    Traffic on Raymond Street continues to back up from Walden all the way down to Linnaean several times a week between the time school lets out and 5:30pm.
    Cars, trucks and buses stuck in traffic, beeping and idling exhaust. These are photos from three different days, 1/17, 1/19 and 1/23.
    The snow has made this much much worse.
    The city cannot wait to fix this problem. There are families and children using this road everyday.
    Please please help this neighborhood before someone gets hurt.
    This is my third report but they keep disappearing.

    Traffic backed up on Raymond Street everyday now between 3 and 5 pm. The road is too narrow for this amount of traffic.

    Tonight at 5pm cars were backed up on Walden Street from Mass Ave all the way to Concord. They were backed up on Raymond Street from Walden all the way to Linean, surrounding this neighborhood park with idling cars at dusk, while many children and families were still playing.
    This has been a growing problem.

    The park has an issue with rats.

    Both of the garbage bins in the Raymond Street park are overflowing.
    This is an on going problem and contributing to the rat infestation.
    Can we please get closed bins for this park so this problem does not continue?

    Both public trash bins are full on the Upland Road side of Raymond Park. Monday, today, is garbage pickup yet both these bins were not picked up.
    Open garbage bins adds to the rodent issue in the neighborhood.
    Is there a way either these cans can be emptied more often or replaced with bins with lids?

    A few of the new saplings planted in Raymond Street Park have died.
    Given the constant wet conditions of the park behind the basketball court a few really large trees would be quite helpful to control the water.
    There is plenty of space to plant a large number of trees in this park to offset our tree canopy loss.

    The garbage can on Upland Road in the Raymond Street Park is over flowing, including food scraps.
    Today was garbage day on the street and yet the trucks did NOT pick up this can.
    Please come up with a better solution for keeping open garbage off our streets.

    Today at 3:30 pm a rat ran out from 235 Upland to this bag of garbage that they left out front of the house.

    At 6:15 pm a rat ran out of the base of this property and into the back yard. There have been multiple rat sightings on this property with no action from landlord. This city needs to take some serious action to get this problem resolved. The open garbage bins in the nearby park are constantly overflowing with garbage so that residents must ask the city to address.

    Please show this residential neighborhood some serious actions by the city to address this issue.
