Such is the case at the north end of Colfax Street nearest to Main Street and the Historic District of Toms River. Nearby homeowners and local residents are outraged and angry to witness the clearing of a large parcel of land intended on development. Once again corrupt local leaders and self-serving interests are recognized for their indifferent greed and dominance.

    This reiterated message regarding the surface condition of Colfax Street within Toms River, that is between Highland Parkway and Main St. where residents and motorists find this street dangerously deteriorated at all times. Despite the obvious hazards and urgency of ongoing complaints from 2016 to present, pending street resurfacing remains unfulfilled. Moreover, we foresee the possible justification of relative liability claims from pedestrian injury and or vehicle damages against the municipality of Toms River. As a community member at 91 Highland Parkway, we would like a timely solution to this unsafe public street.
