    Today is Tuesday and Trash was Picked up on Friday and Courville Container is still sitting on Outer Drive. I was driving home and to turn right on Prevost and it being dark out it was difficult to see this black container. When the vehicles behind you are driving over 35 miles an hour and you are making a right turn having this trash container there makes it difficult.

Someone probably drove in and hit when they were going faster 35 miles an hour. Since the vehicles driving on Outer Drive go over 35 miles it probably does matter if the sign is replaced because reads anyways.
