Hi, warning sign is missing, ground reflectors are missing, and paint is missing from traffic island. The island is not visible at night. The island protrudes into the northbound lane.

Please fix so that cars don't run over the island and get damaged.

Warning Sign On island is missing about 50% of the time. It seems to get run over at least once a month. Maybe if you put up 2 signs in a row, when one gets hit then you would still have another sign. I have seen people hit the sign and also run over the island because it is protruding into the north bound lane. Also, the island is not very visible because the paint has rubbed off from all the cars that drive/drag over it. At some point you guys need to find a better solution for this island. Replacing signs every month is starting to get expensive.

There is a warning sign missing from this traffic island. The sign gets hit a few times per year. The traffic island keeps getting hit too. I know the sign isn't expensive, but damage to vehicles that hit the island likely costs thousands of dollars. Please consider moving the traffic island a couple of feet to the west so it doesn't protrude into the northbound lane.

Southbound striping is no longer visible on roughly 800 feet of bridge over the railroad tracks. This picture is of 3 driving lanes.

Chevron warning sign is missing. This one lasted about a month. I'm not impressed. This traffic island has been a problem since it was installed. See my other post: https://seeclickfix.com/issues/6087874

Insufficient shoulder width for parking on Harrison Boulevard between 20th street and 32nd street.

Before 2016 the lane widths on Harrison Blvd. in this area were around 11 or 11.5 feet and the shoulder (parking lane) seemed wide enough to accommodate parking and other shoulder lane usage like bicycles, mail delivery, and buses.

The road was repaved and striped around 2015/2016 with all 5 lanes striped 12 feet wide. This has left less space for the shoulder. I believe much of the shoulder width is around 7 feet, but some of the shoulder widths are less than 6 feet.
    Picture of 68.5" shoulder width.

Hi, I am very concerned about this issue, hence I am writing. Attached is an overhead picture of the southern end of the intersection of 42nd Street and Harrison Blvd. in Ogden. My concern is about an area just south of the intersection in the northbound lanes. A couple of years ago a traffic island was installed which has created a hazardous situation. When the traffic island was installed it protruded into the northbound left lane by a foot or two. The left lane line was immediately repainted, but now their is an abrupt shift in the left lane. This is compounded by a bus stop (and merging buses) near the right lane in the same location. In addition, the lane line between the left and right lanes and fog line are not painted in this area (likely because of the adjacent intersection). There is often confusion as to where cars in either lane are supposed to be. There is a warning marker installed on the protruding end of the traffic island, but it is frequently run over and damaged and hence doesn't warn those that aren't familiar with the area. I know that this is a dangerous and congested intersection, and a traffic island of some sort is warranted, but the angled portion on the southern end creates a bottleneck between the traffic island and bus stop and doesn't seem to be needed. I recommend removing the southern 100 feet of the traffic island as soon as possible. This will also alleviate another stoppage of traffic in the left through lane which happens every day when there are more than 7 or so cars waiting to turn left and filling the traffic island. Thank you.
