    This mess is growing by the day. There are also 3 cars covered by the debris and tarps. My customers are harassed by aggressive panhandling. Please correct this situation before it resembles 23rd and ML King.

    There is a car parked on the corner of Northgate and Sycamore. It is surrounded by trash and creating a hazard when you turn right off of NG and on to Sycamore.

    This huge pile of debris is growing daily. It is into the street and totally blocking the sidewalk. Please inspect and take care of this as it is a health and safety risk.

    I really hate to be the one to again report this issue, but the street lamp at this address is still strobing after it got dark today. The tech from the City installed a second light this morning and it is doing exactly what the last one did. It flashes on and off at a fairly fast pace.

    The street lamp is still not working correctly. On Thursday morning I watched the tech from the City install a completely new lamp assembly. When it got dark that evening the lamp began flashing like a strobe. It has continued to do so since that time. It seems there could be a wiring issue or perhaps a bad batch of replacement parts. Either way, it doesn't work properly.
