    I put in a ticket that lists several areas that have low tree limbs. The response back was each location will be addressed and the ticket was closed.
    Why close a ticket when each item needs to be addressed?
    Within a couple of days a tree trimming crew only trimmed a few trees, left tree branches on the road and the trees adjacent to the one they just trimmed they left alone....I guess every tree needs to have it's own ticket...thank God this doesn't have to be done for each blade of grass that needs to be mowed or cut.
