This home has been without running water for a minimum of 6 months with at least two individuals living there. They consistently beg their neighbors for water. They urinate in their backyard and the odor is detectable from all surrounding houses. Who knows where they defecate. Surely it is not lawful to live in a home without running water in a suburban neighborhood. Thank you for your prompt attention to this situation that has gone on forever.

We believe this dumpster parked on the side of this property, outside their fence, and facing Pinellas Point Drive, is against ordinance, much like a boat would be. This is a corner lot.

This is a photo of the intersection of 68th Ave S and 23rd St S. The water in this photo is more than ankle deep and makes it impossible to cross this intersection by foot without being submerged above the ankle. This is due to the "bleeding" of the hydrant on 66th Ave S, which is done with increasing frequency due to apparent poor water quality testing. This "flooding" runs from 66th Ave S all the way to Pinellas Point Drive. The only drain is at PPD for the entire length of this water release. When the water arrives at PPD, one must actually go OUT INTO THE STREET on PPD, from the sidewalk, to get across the water. I find it difficult to believe that there is not a way to divert this water to other drains during this constant bleeding of this hydrant. It is worth noting that this does not instill confidence in our water system and the quality of the water down here in Greater Pinellas Point.

Large yard trash left for weeks, attracting rodents, etc. Neighbors have been trying to clear it up since the resident apparently isn't inclined to do so. Property in total disarray. Neighborhood nuisance and eyesore. (sorry for editorializing)

Photo self explanatory but for sake of clarity---18 wheeler parked in neighborhood overnight and also parked on grass.

This boat has been sitting in the front side yard of this house for a long while. There is also an empty trailer in the driveway.

There is an easement behind all the houses on this side of this block. This area behind this address is as seen in photo. I have reported a rodent problem to the city (they are coming next week) but this overgrown vegetation is a haven for these fruit rats and needs to be cleared. I am not sure if this is a code violation or a city responsibility, but it is a problem. I make it a habit to keep the area behind my address cut short and cleared in an effort to keep rodent population controlled. Please assign as is appropriate. Thank you in advance.

You just closed Issue #6808028 saying there was no pothole....I originally reported this on 10/10/19 and YOU correctly changed this to a "sidewalk/curb repair" on 12/17/19...which means SOMEONE came and looked at it and recategorized it. (A mere TWO MONTHS after initially being reported) Now someone has come out and said "there's no pothole" and closed this issue. Well, I don't have the photo anymore...who knew I would need it? Please refer to photo in initial report.

This pothole has been on 50th Ave S as you exit Bay Pointe Shopping Plaza going East (towards 34th St S) since Moby Dick was a minnow. There are actually two of them there together. Please fix these.

Every week (or so) the Water Resources people come and do some measurement in the sewer manhole in front of my house (YAY!). Sadly, every week (and I mean EVERY week), the older white guy with the silver beard smokes a cigarette and throws the butt down into the open manhole. So this week, there are THREE trucks instead of TWO and I figure the guy in the white shirt is a supervisor. He gets something out of his pocket, unwraps it, and throws the wrapper directly into the open manhole. How can you expect the citizens to "do the right thing" if your own employees don't ? Just asking. Truck #'s are as follows: W294, W296 and W223.

I reported this sewage along the Pinellas Trail yesterday and today it is not only still there, it is WORSE. If you are having trouble locating this, let me know. THIS NEEDS TO GO TO THE SEWER DEPARTMENT, not some Community thing. My only other alternative to get this taken care of is to share with news media. Let me know.

THIS PHOTO IS FROM THE SKYWAY BIKE TRAIL THAT RUNS PARALLEL TO I-275 and outside of Eckerd College property. Apparently either the City or Eckerd is putting in some type of additional water/sewage piping---YOU TORE DOWN THE LAST NATURAL AREA LEFT TO DO THIS--At any rate, today on my bike ride I came upon this raw sewage coming out of what must be a broken pipe clearly done by the giant earth movers and such...WITH THE WORKERS PRESENT. This is not only disgusting but a major health hazard and PAINFULLY close to open waterway. PLEASE GET SOMEONE OUT THERE RIGHT AWAY. I will be back to check on it this afternoon.
