There is a huge wasp nest on the building where the baseball fields are at McGucken Park.

We were out walking this evening and discovered the beginnings of a sink hole. The picture doesn’t do it justice because it’s dark, but it’s definitely in the beginning stage. We have a lot of elderly neighbors and parents who walk their kids in this area, and there’s no sidewalk, so I don’t want one of them to get hurt by stepping in it.

In the first pavilion in the middle, we noticed a lot wasps circling. We walked over here and saw them fly into the hole I took a picture of. These wasps are black. I’m really concerned because of the number of families I see at these pavilions.

There are two wasps nests forming in the first pavilion on the right. One on the inside (pictured) and one on the outside. There is also a hornet’s nest forming next to the wasp nest.
