Trash and garbage dumped in alley on a regular basis by tenants from the house at 1500 N Wellington and the carriage house at 3010 N Greenview Ave. Property "Managed" by Westward360 Property Management. Rats active in the alley. No attempt to close garbage and recycle cart lids.

Overfull WM garbage and recycle dumpsters for the Palace Loft Condos at 3024 N Lincoln Ave - on a regular basis. 9 residential condo units share one garbage dumpster and one small recycle dumpster with once a week pick-up. Igor, the Property Manager for "Steller" Property Management informed, with no action. The 2 dumpsters are parked down from the condos along W. Wellington Ave. across from the church.
WM informed with no action. There is a rat infestation in the area and the alley - rats are feeding on garbage from open dumpsters.
Residents from Palace Lofts have been dumping garbage into the city garbage carts for neighbors across the alley and not closing lids.

Graffiti sprayed on the back double metal doors in the alley next to the blue garbage dumpsters. At the alley exit corner and W Wellington Ave across the street from the church. Front address is 3008 N Lincoln Ave, back doors do not have an address on them.

The business at 3050 N Lincoln Ave host multiple parties every week in the buildings loft. There is only one entrance/exit to the second floor and loft space. There can be more than 60 people on the second floor at any time.

There is a large rat infestation of the gangway between 3032 N Lincoln Ave and 3036 N Lincoln Ave. Rats eat the garbage from the overflowing dumpster at 3036 N Lincoln Ave.

3056 N Lincoln Ave is the former site of a Michelin restaurant called Entente - moved to River North about 2 months ago. They left behind a major rat infestation and construction debris in the alley from the demolition of a vestibule in front of the building at the front door. The junk was dumped on top of rat burrows.

Rat infestation of the back yard area - The Land on Lincoln Bar on 1s floor of building - rats eat the bar garbage from dumpster. Multiple rat burrows still in place. No to little action from the building owner or bar owner/operator to address the rat infestation. If the source of the rat infestation is not addressed - the rats will continue to multiply.
