Another large branch has died and partially broken off this rather sorry looking linden tree and it's hanging right above the sidewalk.

I know the city recently pruned this tree (the linden tree in front of 322 Harvard St), but in one of the storms since then a quite substantial branch snapped and is now dangling right above the sidewalk. I worry that it will soon fall and hurt someone.

It's hard to see from the ground due to all the leaves, but I'm happy to let someone look out our 2nd floor window where it's easy to see.

The entire side of this linden tree that faces 322 Harvard St seems to have died over the winter

There has recently been a substantial increase in near-miss car crashes in the intersection of Harvard St and Hancock St. I don't know if it's caused by the construction on Hancock or if it's just a visibility or signage problem. Generally it manifests as someone who is probably driving too fast on Harvard St almost hitting someone crossing Harvard on Hancock. There is a stop sign on Hancock, so I'm not sure if they're running the stop sign, which might itself be hard to see, or just can't see the car in Harvard in time. Regardless, it seems worth looking into whether this intersection can be made safer.

The top ~5ft of the trunk of the linden tree outside 322 Harvard St and all of the branches coming off of that seem to be entirely dead. there are also a number of substantial branches that broke off over the winter, some of which are still tangled in the living branches below. I worry they more and more of this tree seems to be dying every year, especially since it leans towards my house. Can an arborist come take a look to make sure that there isn't something seriously wrong with this tree and maybe recommend treatments for it if there is something wrong?

We just had some tree pruning done and they accidentally cut a utility wire coming into our house. I believe that it's an old phone wire and we don't actually have landline service, so I'm not sure how to deal with this. Right now it's just hanging off the side of our house. I don't think it's dangerous, but I would like it either repaired or removed. Who do I call?

The tree in front of 321 Harvard St has a substantial branch that looks like it was got by a truck and is at risk if falling with the next gust of wind. It's hanging over the sidewalk and some parked cars.

The top of this tree appears to be dead. It overhangs the sidewalk and my property so I'm worried about the dead parts falling on people or property
