There are three unpacked holes on Allen St where National Grid disconnected old gas lines during the sidewalk reconstruction Any chance we can get these paved?

The beautiful new crosswalks on Rantoul St are practically invisible at night and completely invisible on rainy nights. The brick color is very close to the tone of the pavement and there are no white crosswalk lines to highlight them. With all the new, bright, reflective lines recently added to the street, the crosswalks disappear even more. Please add bright lines so that drivers can see where the crosswalks are before someone gets hurt.

The crosswalk at the top of the rise by Shetland is completely invisible to drivers until we are right on top of it, due to its location on the top of the rise. It needs to be clearly marked before a pedestrian gets run down.

The Do Not Enter sign at the Derby end of English St has gone missing.

Since the water system work yesterday our water pressure has been significantly lower than usual. Can this be fixed?

this trash can has been hanging around all week. no address on it. can you help it find its way home?

WM did not pick up my trash. On Monday. I phoned them and found out that it was not picked up because there was "construction debris" in the trash. There was a small amount (perhaps 30 lbs) of sheetrock in the trash, which is considered construction debris. I don't have an issue with their not being able to pick up the trash with the sheetrock, but I do have an issue with them just leaving my bin without any notification of what was the problem. They have also left me with two new issues:
1) I asked them how I should dispose of the small amount of sheetrock and they could only tell me that I had to find another solution. They could not offer anything. This leaves me (and every other Salem homeowner) with no apparent way to get rid of small amounts of debris. I don't think that it would be reasonable to expect us to pay WM $179 to come pick up a bagster with only a few pounds, and the Salem transfer station is no longer available. Please tell me the solution here.
2) WM cannot promise that they will pick up the trash again this week, so, even after removing the sheetrock, I am left with a full trash can and no place to dispose of this week's trash. This seems to be pretty poor customer service. What is the solution? I request that the city work with WM to provide a 21st century level of customer service to our city.

Street lights on English St need to be adjusted. They light up the houses across the street more than the sidewalk on their own side.

New pavement over recent utility work has sunk deeply into the road surface, causing a severe pothole. No damage to tires yet, as far as I know, but there will be soon.

Recycling not picked up on the even side of English St

English and Allen Sts are two way streets, but are too narrow for cars to pass each other. Under normal conditions, we manage by ducking in between parked cars to get by each other. With the snow, this isn't possible, so someone has to back out to the end of the street if cars come from both ends at once. It took me 10 minutes to get down English St last night as we negotiated this.

Would it be possible to make these two streets One Way for the duration? I'd suggest English be one way from Essex to Derby, and Allen one way from Webb to English.
