Road work/sewer pumping of some sort being done on Newark Ave btw Jersey and Coles. Happening every single week night for the last 2-3 weeks in the same area of the street. Work always begins after 11:00Pm and goes on well into the middle of the night. Loud banging noise and flashing lights from trucks every night. How is this allowed? Why must it be done so late at might and not during the day outside of rush hour times? There is also a smell in the air from the work being done that can’t be safe for residence to be breathing in all night long.
