Tree is on corner of Circular Ave and Noble St- large limb fell blocking road during 11/15/2020 storm. The limb was rotted and fear the remainder of the tree may be rotted and not safe as this tree is large enough to damage 5 surrounding homes. Would like town arborist to evaluate the safety of the tree and if necessary removal of tree for safety of neighborhood. Busy corner and falling limbs are a hazard.
