This past summer the.city dug up our lawn to do some sewer or water repair. The damage still needs to be repaired.

Last winter there was a water break on our neighbors property. The city parked vehicles on our lawn (199 Flynn Ave, Flynn Ave Self Storage). The area is in really bad shape. It's a mud hole when it rains. The damage was reported a month ago, but repairs have not been made. Some spray paint was put in place by the city but it has all washed away.

Out parking lot is very difficult to get in and out of. Out street address is 94 Saint Louis Street, but our actual driveway is on Luck St. Luck St. is very narrow and often is full with vehicles on both sides of the street. Our driveway is the only driveway on the block. Often, especially when its winter its extremely difficult to get into our driveway. We have five cars between us all. Further down the street on the next block they don't have the same problem as every driveway has a driveway directly opposite it.

I would like NO PARKING signs installed such that no one will be allowed to park on either side of the driveway for at least one spot.
