There is a plant that has been impeding the walkway in front of 109 Park Ave for a while now It has just started to get so bad that when any resident goes to walk by the property you have to walk into the street otherwise you’d be walking into the plant and the tree that are there because it has been flowing over onto the sidewalk
I witnessed one of my neighbors the other day with the baby in a carriage have to walk all the way around in the middle of the street just because they could not pass between the plant and the tree Very inconvenient to the neighbors
Can someone do something about this please?

I have been steadily watching this bush or tree or whatever it is grow for the past 3 1/2 years. It is now completely blocking a fire hydrant, blocking the sidewalk and now it’s moving into the street. Cars cannot see around it when they’re trying to turn up Park Avenue. It's a safety hazard You cannot see if there’s people on the other side of the bush which is now a safety hazardif people are walking. It needs to either be trimmed or remove.

I have noticed that Wheaton St was given no parking signs on one side Many people have followed this signage and moved their cars but I have noticed a few have not It seems as though even with the cars coming and going they still are parking on that side of the street ignoring the signage. My question is; what if an ambulance or firetruck was trying to get by and because there were cars parked on both sides of the street it can’t fit? That’s a safety problem
