Redwood Rd Oakland, CA, 94619, USA - Redwood HeightsThe traffic signal loops on the southbound exit from Highway 13 at Redwood Road are not functioning properly. I pass this way every morning just before 6 AM when there is generally no traffic. About 80%+ of the time the signal does not change when I cross the loops. Could you please check it out and repair as needed? (I was an Oakland cop for 38 years and speak with some experience.)
