Yard is extremely over grown. the owner cuts small patches so the city gets off of his back. So the entire yard will be sassafras trees from the looks of whats growing there. When I cut my grass next to him Mosquitoes fly up in swarms.
The dead trees drop limb into my yard, which he never removes. He has several cars that do not run parked in his driveway that have not moved in years. The entire house appears to be in intense disrepair. and so grown up it is unrecognizable. The varmits that inhabit the crawl space (open vent holes), and attic (open fascia boards) give rodents and other pest easy access to the home.
The city knows of this continuing problem yet allows this to go on with a single yard cutting. I am amazed the city allows this to occur.
