Guys who strip cars and leave them on the street parked this about 2 weeks ago

This car has been abandoned for about 3 months. The man who parked it is constantly abandons and strips cars and leaves them on the street.

Car has been sitting her for 3 weeks. Definitely related to illegal activity (owner strips and abandons cars on our street regularly).

Multiple houses on scoville would like it to be a slow street. This is not feedback on a particular slow street but a request to have scoville st converted to a slow street.

The guys on our street who guy and illegally store cars have left this car on the street unmoved for about 1 Month.

Tons of garbage and furniture and mattress blocking sidewalk and growing daily. It’s also become a hangout spot for drug users.
