This fence was knocked down AGAIN. It was just repaired by the County a couple of weeks ago. It prevents walkers & bicyclists from falling off the walkway into the storm sewer. Needs immediate attention

There was a motor vehicle accident early this morning on the Ocean Blvd. "dead man's curve" that destroyed the County's railing that protected pedestrians from falling into the storm water trench. In the photo you can see that the mounts for the railing are the only thing left. The railing is 75' to the north on the sidewalk.

believe it or not, blocked behind that tree in the photo is an "End of School Zone" sign that is NOT visible.

This storm water trench, lake many in the neighborhood, are full and overflowing causing flooding in the roadway which then causes flooding on residential properties. Can anything be done about this?

I took this photo Monday morning 12/16/2019 @ 0655 H. This is supposed to be a "blinking" stop sign. At that time lights were NOT blinking. By 1000 H they were working. I checked again this morning @ 0655 H & no lights. Also, for a long time, 2 of the blinking lights on the sign have not been working.

I believe this house has a long term rental in residence. On Wednesday 11/20/2019 they used the new recycle container that was NOT supposed to be used until next year. Of course it wasn't emptied but they left it at the curb all week. It still wasn't emptied on 11/27 & they STILL left it there!!! I don't want to see it left out there for the next 6 weeks!

This radar speed sign on Higel Avenue opposite 4807 Higel Ave is not working properly. I have observed that it isn't working when a car passes but then, with no one around just starts to flash random numbers!

So we had an issue with illegal signs in the ROW at this location 3 weeks ago & it was resolved quickly. So 1 business owner decided to put his sign approx. 20 feet up a telephone pole. This is an illegal sign in the ROW.

The County might not technically call this a "pothole" but if you drive thru the intersection of Higel Ave & Mangrove Point Road, turning left onto Mangrove Point Road from Higel your whole front end "shakes" as if it were a pothole. The street pavement is very "irregular!"

This is at the intersection of Ocean Blvd & Higel Ave. There are 4 signs there now that shouldn't be there. A bad case of sign pollution

The stop sign at the corner of Higel Ave and Reid St in front of 4576 Higel Ave. looks like it has been hit. Leaning at a 30 degree angle.

About 3 weeks ago under SR476426 I reported 2 potholes at the corner of Ralph St. and Higel Ave. They were fixed. Since then we have had a lot of rain, and that corner floods and standing water can remain for days. Now there are 2 potholes again at that corner in the middle of the street.

This address is on the corner of Reid St. & Higel Ave. There are 3 potholes on Reid St, in front of this address, very close to Higel Ave.
