It appears that the debris is again accumulating on Chestnut Street where residence reside. This is located on the property where the gas line was put in some time ago. This picture is just an example of the trash was just removed by a few residences. This is a health hazard and obviously can draw rodent's and other disease type animals. Potential health issue.
If the town would make an effort to keep this property clean it would eliminate possible health issues. ALso, this could bring the value of homes in area down.

It appears that he lights at Main and Warren Street are causing more issues. The light heading traveling north on Main Street turns green for left turns and to go straight with a brief hold on cars traveling south. However, when the lights traveling in both directions turn green the vehicles wanting to turn left on to Warren Street try to beat out the cars going straight. This causes many issues. If the Left turn light can be changed to turn on green only it would eliminate many possiblities.
