PSE’s subcontractor excavated the patch in the asphalt swale and has given the work order to their asphalt paving contractor for complete restoration.
The patch has been saw cut and will be permanently paved in the next couple of weeks.
The right of way inspector has this as an open item to follow up with PSE.
