About a year ago contractors came through (hired by the town - thank you!) and replaced my water main, and some of my neighbor's water mains. They patched the sidewalk with asphalt, and said that someone would be back to replace with concrete. It's been a year, and this never happened, so I thought I would bring it to your attention. I think there are 2 or 3 neighbors also with these patches.

Does the town pick up dead animals? This one is right on the sidewalk and lots of people have had to avoid it walking by today.

This is not an emergency. My water main was replaced by the town this past Wednesday (Aug 31st) (thank you!). There is a wet spot under the new piping, as you can see in the photo. The underside of the pipe is damp around the area with the white caulking. I think the town needs to come back and fix this.

There is a large tree down across the trail about 200 yards into Ridge Hill off the Cartwright Rd entrance. Hikers can climb over it, but it will be impossible for emergency vehicles to get in through that road if needed.

This sidewalk heaved up a long time ago. Do we repair things like this? I think the sidewalk snowplow driver would be very happy, as well as the baby carriage pushers. I hope you can put this on the list.

The temporary lines marked for the parking spaces in the newly paved section along Great Plain Ave. in front of Michelson's Shoes and other shops do not align with the parking meters. If they really paint them as marked it is going to be very confusing and frustrating. Unless they are planning to move the meters, which I doubt.
