My neighbor ( I am the last house on the left and they are the second to last) had been working on both his own and other peoples vehicles in the avenue, multiple times oil and various fluids have dumped onto the street. They have a perfectly good driveway that he could work on those vehicles however he chooses to service cars in the street.
