    Speeding. Westbound on Wellman, people will easily travel at 45+ in the 25, requiring them to use the entire 1000 block of Wellman to decelerate. Often, they must start decelerating in the 1100 block of Wellman in order to stop at Coleman and Wellman.

    That's ~500ft required to slow down for a 25 mph zone.

    A motivated South Precinct officer could mop up on tickets in just an hour a day around rush hour.

    Street Light was finally replaced and globe added, I'm guessing today. Need paint / shield applied on the half of the globe closest to the house, so that the light does not illuminate the entire house / yard.
