Disregard previous message. Truck just collected garbage. They must have changed route.

The brochure mailed by Hoover several months ago, indicated all garbage collection on Jan 18 would be delayed one day Santek picked up garbage today anyway So what do I put out tomorrow? Garbage or recycling

In the past bagged yard debris was collected with the regular garbage. Not today! The driver made no attempt to pickup the bagged material.

I’m still missing a small cart I use
for recycling. The driver acknowledged the truck ate the cart and said he would document it with Santek, who was to bring a replacement. This occurred several weeks ago, I’m still short one small cart.

Garbage cart not completely emptied, 3/4 of garbage still in cart.

Second cart in a week went missing yesterday. Tuesday it was the garbage cart, Wednesday it was the recycling cart. At least Santek is consistent! No reply regarding replacement carts. Does Santek provide new carts?
