    Someone wasn't thinking when they continued the Island along UT111 making it IMPOSSIBLE to get into Exodus Healthcare going south bound. This is a heavy traffic area and going to the end of the island to make a U-turn is unsafe. There needs to be a left turn lane cut into the island.
