    This heavy support cable on the power pole broke during the last storm & is now hanging uselessly in my yard. Could you direct this repair to the proper site please? Thank you.

    The heavy top to the street drainage system has continued to lift & could become unstable at any time. I am concerned that children playing on it & around it could be at risk. Please re-seat this lid. Thank you.

    Requested assistance for mosquito control 3 weeks ago, & someone came by to check. Unfortunately nothing has helped & having owned this house for 40 years, this is the worst we have seen. We can hardly keep them out of the house. We have spoken to others around the neighborhood who are experiencing the same issue. None of us want to live in mosquito repellant, but going outside without is miserable. Please help! Thank you.
