The latest on this rental house is it’s now become a satellite auto repair shop of the owner, with his employees currently living there. There are multiple vehicles and one extremely loud motorcycle on the property, with the renters working on and revving the engines, disturbing the peace continually. The house itself is in disrepair. The owner cares nothing of this neighborhood, using this property over the years as a dump, a flop house, and now an auto repair site. Please investigate multiple code violations once again and take action to cease this intolerable situation. Thank you.

This house is a rental property and a known nuisance property. The current tenants are operating an auto/vehicle/motorcycle repair shop. The constant noise of engines revving, with vehicles strewn on the lawn, is a major disturbance to the peace of this neighborhood. There is currently a trash trailer parked on the street with no tag, hooked to a beat up truck that sometimes runs, probably has no muffler from the sound. This house itself is in disrepair as can be seen in the photo with falling down facia, sofet, gutters and downspouts. Please help resolve.

It appears the occupants at this house have returned and began creating trash junk piles in the back and side yards, both visible from the street. There are also numerous vehicles parked in the yard, some without mufflers, some may not be running. Trying to nip this in the bud before the situation escalates as it did in previous years. Please help, thank you.

There is an easement behind our home that has become filled with debris - empty cans, plastic bottles, and a tire, and has become a mosquito pit. Does the city clean out easements? Easement is accessible from Edgehill Drive.

This house has already been issued a 30 day notice to clean up the property in October, but is getting worse instead. This morning brought new trash/debris on the front lawn, old furniture and lampshades. To the he left of the house is old debris - old tarp, buckets, and now a pile of tires growing. The back is worse. Keeping you updated, please help.

Certain the owner of this rental property is using this property as a dumping site for his other rental properties. The pile of discarded mattresses, furniture, etc., is a monthly occurrence. Renters cars are continually parked too close for the discarded trash to be picked up by the city, and this pile has now been there for over a week. Renters cars also parking too close to fire hydrant.

The City repaired our driveway entrance in 1996/7 shortly after we purchased the home to level the street and driveway, with asphalt that is now crumbling. The City also tore up the concrete portion of our driveway about 15 years ago or so after a City pipe burst under it, which was poorly done and is now cracked up and down. All needing repair please, proper repair.

We live at 8802 Bridlewood Drive, next door to 8800 Bridlewood Drive. That house has been a rental for at least 25 years, with questionable tenants over the years. Recent occupancy is by a revolving number of people, no longer long term tenants, but all indication is it is being run like a boarding house, flop house for transients. Suspicious high level of traffic in and out of the house. The house itself has continued to be in disrepair, eyesore. Police activity has become frequent. What are the zoning regulations on boarding houses? What action can be taken against the owner? What action can we homeowners and neighbors take? Has the city taken action with the owner? The situation has become intolerable, and neighbors fearful of criminal activity.
