    Helen Ct has become a dumping ground for an illegal car parts business operated out of 6628 Helen Ct Apt C. Residents are having cars shipped to them just before they are junked and these cars, including this blue van, are being dismantled for parts to be sold. The cars sit for weeks and weeks!

    They have been reported by many neighbors as abandoned because the cars sit for weeks. The city is backlogged and is taking months to remove cars. By that time, the city is doing a favor for the people operating the business because parts have all been removed.

    This needs to be investigated for:
    1. Operating a business without a license.
    2. Referred to IRS for owing back taxes on the business.
    3. The vehicles are unregistered and illegally dumped.
    4. Residents cannot access public parking due to no space.

    This is a criminal act that needs to be investigated by the city police and properly addressed.
