Hello, this right in front of Lake Placid condominiums. we are aware that the town maintenance informed us that this area would be monitor, has U can see , it needs to be inspected and trust there is a solution. it's not very appealing to see, especially when some of us are showing potential buyers our property. thank U for all U guys that work hard to keep our beautiful town of Miami Lakes green and beautiful. 🙏

Hello, I trust everyone is well. We at Lake Placid condominiums, specifically Apt owners facing Lake Patricia Dr. landscape to revisit and inspect the green area where the swale has completely vanished and it's rapidly turning into a pond of sort. We were informed that it will be monitored, however, the area is quickly taking a new shape and its not towards a green landscape we enjoy seeing out front the property. We thank U for your tenacious and productive work in keeping our beautiful town of Miami Lakes looking green and a healthy landscape. TY. Hello, firstly we want to thank you from Lake Placid Condominiums for coming to replace turf to this spot. unfortunately the turf did not take, as U see in pics the turf didn't stay long. I have no evidence as for cars being parked there. We again ask to please come and reassess the area to find a solution to preserve the Green area Miami Lakes is known for. hi, am sorry to report, the pallets that were placed in the area, (see pics) some how has evaporated, disappeared, no idea the cause, no car has parked there or anything. We at Lake Placid Condominiums ask to please return and access the situation at your earliest convenience. it looked beautiful, we appreciate the hard work Ur dept does to keep Miami Lakes green and beautiful. again thank U for your hard work.

hello, finally sand ,turf was finally place in the empty place a sick tree was replaced for a junior one. now we need the "no parking anytime" we once had before the tree event took place. we need those signs badly, people are not only parking there for a little while, cars drive right thru the sidewalk and park in grass for whole wknd. TY for talking the first step to solve this situation. TY 😊🙏

hello, we ask to please come a place new turf, green, sod to this spot we've been asking to have done for months. again this was caused by the machine used to remove a sick tree and was never replaced with . that hole U see is exactly where tree was removed from. Grass has never grown in the hole spot. please address this situation. simply have someone drop by and throw some turf, green, sod to the area. we pay lots of taxes in Miami Lakes for this simple solution to be addressed and resolute. Hello, We tenants of Lake Placid condominiums request to please come and cover the missing hole turf (grass) to the grass hole, which has never grown back since a tree was replaced about 2years ago. we truly appreciate maintenance that goes on,on a weekly basis, thank for keep our area clean always. for some reason that hole spot continues to be missed by maintenance employees. Hi, please we need new turf on the hole that continues to get bigger and bigger, rain or shine grass doesn't grow there, since situation started after a tree for replaced.. soil hasn't been the same since.. We have sent emailed many times from Lake Placid condominiums and from several neighbors and nothing has been resolved. please we ask again to remedy and make our grass beautiful again. let's continue we our green pasture tradition Miami Lakes is known for. Hi, the sidewalk,crosswalk sign hasn't changed to walk in months, it has been reported many times before and has yet to be fixed. Please do due diligence and get it repaired, it's bad enough U have to deal with the disrespectful drivers here in Miami Lakes or Dade area for that matter for pedestrians to feel safe to crosswalk. We sure pay plenty of taxes in Miami Lakes for this situation not to be addressed. TY. 👀👀👀

hi, again and send a request from Lake Placid Condo. we need "no parking signs in front of building ,lake Patricia Dr. it has become a parking festival for cars parking at all hours, the grass has comes more more soil. we had signs posted before and they were removed for construction and never placed back. we and the city need to work something out, this keep happening. the green area is what make Miami Lakes before, please reforce and create new legislation to stop the loss our beautiful green grass and trees. please if anyone can contact me with a address solution. but something needs to done.TY🙏💪🙏💯

Hello, happy new year, again I ask to please come and add new grass to this spots U see in pics, I was told that they would regrow after few months, once the new tree was replaced. the soil hasn't been the same,it's been over a year now and spots keep getting uglier and dirty looking. we once had beautiful green area before. Hello, am reaching out again, this is what continue happening after a tree was replaced with a Junior tree (Dec 2019), due to the machineries used to do project, the soil, the grass was not properly replaced with a stronger grass roots and it has never grown beautiful and green like it was did. please stop by access the situation and re grass both spots U see on pics. it looks very unpleasant to see the deterioration it has caused after the replanting of a new tree. We appreciate the effort on how promptly the tree was replaced. but now the grass area looks unpleasant after a year passed. Also, please work on placing the "NO PARKING ANYTIME "signs we once had in the grass area. the soil it's not as solid after the tree project. The neighbors look forward to see the situation resolve, to continue enjoy our green Miami lakes area the town is known for. We want to inquire about the "Ride like your child lives here" as well. Hi, please come a place new swale on the area of grass, after replacement of a new tree and all the machinery working on the area swale hasn't looked the same. also at one point there was a NO PARKING ANYTIME SIGN. the swale keeps getting worse. thank U for your attention to this matter and for keeping Miami Lakes green and beautiful.

Hello, a tree was recently planted, and the thank U, but as U can see in pic some spots are missing grass, as it was destroyed while machinery was working to remove previous tree. We ask U to please come and replace grass to the missing spots. Also there was an sprinkler there before, it was broken while tree removal was taken place, I was told it was fixed but to replaced. Hi, thank U very much for planting a tree.As U can see in pics, there are missing spots of soil instead of grass in some areas. I trust those grass missing areas will be cover with new grass. Also there was a sprinkler there before. U guys broke it while old tree was uprooted. I presume the situation will be rectify.
