    The new bike lanes that run along Washington, up to and from Jersey Ave have some of the roughest pavements in the city. On a recent ride I had to take to the sidewalks to avoid loose pavement, rocks, deep ruts, sunken manholes, and large puddles. Questions: 1) are their plans to repave these sections? 2) Where on the city site can Ifind bike path maps?
