    Neighbors tree was declared dead or dying by the city in Feb 2019 on case number 19-4570 and he was instructed to cut it down. He has not done so and the branches are hanging over my house and keeps dropping limbs and bark pieces. the neighbors home is a rental home and I own my own home.
