Regardless inspectors visit property after notification to registered owner. Obviously a mosquito breeding ground, so closing with such a "policy remark" does not speak well for this process.

    First Watch 14th Av N requires NO PARKING signs from 4th St turning onto 14th Av N. Very dangerous situation when parked vehicles block exiting of 4th onto 14th Av N at First Watch .
    This was reported previously by two citizens and has since been removed as an item.
    What is status of this previously notified traffic situation!
