Water intrusion has been occurring for over a year into our apartment. Management has been notified multiple times and nothing has been done to remediate the water, repair the water damage or prevent mold from growing. There are signs of mold growing in and around the window above where the water has been leaking into the apartment. The wall is so wet under the window it's separating from the baseboard and is starting to deteriorate. My family and I have been experiencing multiple respiratory illnesses since moving into the apartment in August of 2018, and have progressively gotten worse. Management and maintenance continue to ignore my requests for them to repair the damaged area inside the unit, to repair the entry point where the water is leaking in and to test the air for toxic mold.
