There is a sinkhole forming the whole at this point is only about 4 in in diameter but fairly deep it's only going to get worse if not fixed it's not directly in the middle of the street it's close to where the tires would be on every car that drives up the street especially those parking or making a turn

At the intersection of Irving and Summit Avenue along with North St/Summit Avenue Boreom/Central Avenue , sherman/ central ave
zabriskie summit and central troy st/summit ave all need stop for pedestrian signs or preferably stop for pedestrians flashing signs

House being worked on at 31 State Street for the second time as a dumpster without a permit also no emergency no parking signs from the parking authority to give 48 hours notice.
