    Looks like the area around the storm drain right at the corner of Oak Grove and University Ave is sinking. The concrete walkway on the house next to the storm drain was cracked and was replaced. They have poured concrete in the hole in the sidewalk next to the drain.

    I think the storm pipes under the ground are broken, and a sink hole is starting to form.

    It might not be a bad idea to use a probe camera from the storm drain area to investigate to see how badly the underground pipes are damaged.
