Headed north on Main Street on the west side of the street, the crosswalk light does not show the red hand. The green person walking works, but the red hand does not work. This on the corner of Main Street and 350 S in Kaysville. On the Northwest corner when you want to cross 350 S headed north.

At night rush hour, I always check to see if the warning lights are flashing to let drivers know the ramp metering lights are on or not before I get on the northbound ramp to I-15 from 200 North in Kaysville. If the metering lights are on, I do not like to get on the ramp as it is sometimes backed up really badly. The other day, around 3:30 pm or so, I didn't know if the metering lights would be on, so I looked for the flashing lights near the bottom of the ramp. Those lights were not flashing so I got on the ramp, only to discover that the metering lights really were on and it was backed up pretty bad. Please make sure the warning flashing lights are working and if they are, that they are synced up with the metering lights so they flash at the same time the metering lights are on.

New traffic light installed at Main Street and Nicholls Road keeps stopping Main Street traffic even though no one is crossing the street and no traffic is coming down Nicholls Road. It will change back to green to let MaIn Street traffic through for a few seconds then turns red again for a long time. It is like someone is pressing the crosswalk button but really no one is there.

A few days ago, the traffic signals were being worked on at the intersection of Main Street and 350 South in Kaysville. It looks like the crosswalk signals were changed out for new ones as well. The problem is one of the crosswalk signals is not facing the correct way. It looks like it is folded back so it could be attached or wired up, etc, and it was never folded back the way it should be. If you are on the west side of Main Street and need to cross 350 South headed southbound, you cannot see the crosswalk signal since it is folded back and is facing west instead of north like it should be.
