Tom Bickes

My mother Mary Lou Bickes (93 years old) lives at this location. Whenever it rains the flow of water ends up depositing in her driveway and causes significant issues. They city awhile back tried to build up a hump (similar to a speedbump) in front of her driveway in an attempt to divert the water. It does not work. The solution appears to need a drain that feeds into the nearby sewer. Could someone please contact me to discuss
