    Just reporting the same issue as I did 4 months ago. I'm not sure what the average response time is but you acknowledged it back in November and have done nothing.
    I have a giant 100+ year old tree right in front of my house that is dropping dead branches and has living branches growing into the side of my house. We have 2 brand new vehicles under this tree in our driveway. I was told that this tree was protected and I couldn't cut it because it was so old. It's been hit by lightning last year and although several neighbors called about it no one has addressed it. The tree need limb removal before the whole thing comes down. I just had a large branch land on my hood yesterday so please cut the limbs.
