    The end of Pensyre Retreat is not maintained as well as other sections of The Landings. I hope it is not just because we are in Marshwood. The area is overgrown with weeds and about 1/3 of the plants placed in the area have died due to the weeds and lack of follow up care even though I have tried to water them.

    There is a large tree branch hanging in a pine tree right over the entrance to the cart path that begins between #6 and #7 Pensyre Retreat. It could fall on the path at any time.
